Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipments (India)
- Flat shipping charge: ₹200
International Shipments
- International shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of:
- Actual weight, or
- Volumetric dimensions of the parcel
Shipping charges may vary depending on destination and package size.
Our delivery partner will require a signature upon delivery. Once the shipment is delivered and signed for, responsibility for the purchased products transfers to the customer.
If you have specified an alternate recipient (for example, for gifting purposes), a signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of successful delivery.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
Currently, we only accept payments for international orders through Bank Transfer.

- International debit/credit cards may not work during website checkout.
- We regret any inconvenience caused.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) – INDIA ONLY
Cash on Delivery is available only within India.
Important COD Terms
- A 50% advance payment of the order value is mandatory for all COD orders.
- The advance amount can be paid through:

TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
For International Customers
International orders may attract:

- Import Taxes
- VAT/GST
These charges are governed by the laws of the destination country and are over and above the order amount paid on our website.
The shipping agency (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.) may provide a separate invoice for customs duties and taxes.
Important
If an international customer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the shipment, Big Brother will not be liable to refund the order amount.

This is done solely to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

All payment processing is subject to the respective platform’s terms, conditions, and policies.
Limitation of Liability
While using any payment method offered by us, Big Brother shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising due to:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Payment gateway failures
- Transaction declines
- Banking limitations
- Technical errors
- Any other payment-related issue
DELIVERY POLICY
Big Brother strives to dispatch and deliver products within the estimated timelines; however, delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Failure to deliver within the estimated timeline shall not be considered a valid reason to cancel or repudiate the order.
If the customer fails to accept delivery, Big Brother reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delivery Conditions
Please note:
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, transportation strikes, weather disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control.
- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.
Customers are requested to provide:
- Accurate shipping address
- Correct PIN code
- Valid mobile number
Big Brother will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, and refunds may not be applicable in such cases.
